Location
Surkhet borders 7 districts, Kailali and Doti to the west, Jajarkot, Dailekh and Achham to the north, Salyan to the east and Bardiya to the south. The altitude of Surkhet ranges from 200 meters (656 feet) to 2340 meters (7677 feet) above sea level. Latitude ranges from 28.341 to 28.976 North and the longitude ranges from 80.981 to 82.051 East. The Karnali River, Nepal's one of the largest rivers, borders western Surkhet whereas Bheri River, the one that is popular for rafting, flows right through it.admin@surkhet.com
